1. Open up Libsearch and find an article by searching for the article title.
If we do not have the full text for the article, you will see the "Request through ILL" and "Request through ILL Express (5 per semester)" link.
Make sure that you are logged into Primo and if your are not on campus, you use the CEU VPN.
2. If the article is available for purchase through ILL Express (via Article Galaxy Scholar), then an order screen will appear where you can enter your CEU email address.
3. If the article is not set up for purchase in ILL Express (Article Galaxy Scholar), then you will be routed to the InterLibrary Loan form to request your article.
