Logging in
Log into Pure using your University username and password.
Getting started
Click the blue 'Add content' button.
This will then open a new window with more options to choose from. In this example, a book will be added to Pure. For this reason, the publication type "book" is selected.
The book template window opens.
Information about the book needs to be added in this template. Complete the relevant information. Fields marked with red asterisks (*) are mandatory fields.
At the end of the form, the status of the entry made needs to be selected:
After completing the form, select the status of the entry. You have two available options:
Entry in progress: You haven't finished working on the form and wish to continue later. If so, please select this option and press the Save button.
For approval: The form will be submitted and sent to the CEU Library Scholarly Communication team for validation. Make sure to click the Save button. Your submission will be placed in a queue and will be reviewed by administrators as soon as possible.
Pure will automatically include the name and organizational unit from the registering person as the author. It is possible to include more authors/editors by selecting 'Add person,' and add additional organizational units by choosing 'Add organizational unit'. Author collaborations can be added via the respective button 'Add author collaboration'.
