To claim a publication which is already listed in Pure, but not linked to the individual researcher profile, follow the instructions below.
Logging in
Log into Pure using your University username and password.
Getting started
Click on the blue arrow/triangle next to Personal, above your profile photo.
A submenu will open. Click on My research output.
The screen shows your research output in CEU's Pure system. Click on the X next to My content.
All research outputs available in CEU's Pure system are visible now:
Use the search bar to look for the publication title (or words from the title) which you want to claim. Run the search by clicking the Search button.
When the relevant publication is found, click the cogwheel on the right-hand side and choose Mine - claim content.
A new window will open. Fill out the dialog box and click Claim this content.
The CEU Library Scholarly Communication team will address your request and respond.
Feel free to use this process to ask the Scholcom Team to remove a duplicate entry.
To disclaim a publication which is already listed in Pure, act as explained in the section Claiming a publication above until the overview of your publications is visible.
Click the cogwheel on the right-hand side and choose Not mine - disclaim content.
Another option to disclaim content is simply opening the publication record. At the bottom of the screen, there is a Disclaim button.
Regardless of which disclaim method you choose, a new window opens. Fill out the dialog box and click Disclaim this content.
The CEU Library Scholarly Communication team will address your request and respond.
